Thats All?

I snagged EPOCH.2 when it was a freebie, and enjoyed it enough, even though shooters really arent my favorite kind of game. When the App Store offered bundles, I decided to dive in with the first game.

Boy, what a mistake!

The game takes you through 8-10 scenes, and ends the story there! You get to go through it again at a more difficult level, or again at the easier levels, but the story ends! How does it get to the start of EPOCH.2? Beats me.

The game is smooth and great looking, using the same Unreal Engine used by the Infinity Blade series, among others. They offer much more of a rich storyline for the money, though.

This was worth the time when it was the free app of the week, but not at its regular price.
